Data destruction - The process

Step 1: Making an appointment

Click on “Make an appointment” and choose the appropriate icon

Step 2: On-site or pick-up

Choose on-site destruction or our pickup service.

Step 3: What do you want to destroy

Pass on what you want destroyed.

Step 4: Schedule an appointment

Make an appointment and you will receive a confirmation email with a date.

Step 5: Transportation

On the appointed date, our drivers will come by.

Step 6: Certification

Within 5 business days, you will receive an email with the list of serial numbers and the data destruction certificate.

IT recycling's solid data shredder

So data destruction we do ourselves, and no one else.

We have our own stationary shredder in our warehouse and we destroy your data carriers with it. Thus, the physical destruction of data carriers happens with us on a daily basis and in our own warehouse. The bottom line is that we never hand over data carriers before they have been shredded. At the end of each working day, we destroy all hard disks – tapes – phones and all other data carriers. Thus, no digital media containing client data are ever retained. This greatly reduces the chance of a data leak due to calamities.

So if you have hard disks or other data carriers collected for destruction, you can rest assured that the destruction will actually take place within one working day and within the walls of our company.
With every data destruction our customers receive a certificate and a list of serial numbers of the destroyed data carriers.
Our customers only receive a certificate when it is absolutely certain that all data has actually been destroyed.

Not only destroying data but also destroying returnable goods

With our fixed data shredder in Veghel, we can also destroy everything else imaginable.
And then we think, for example, of destroying return goods and products that – for whatever reason – are no longer allowed on the market.
Our fixed shredder can destroy almost all small things up to a size of about 20cm.
