Step 1: Making an appointment

Step 2: On-site or pick-up

Choose on-site destruction or our pickup service.

Step 3: What do you want to destroy:

Pass on what you want destroyed.

Step 4: Schedule an appointment

Make an appointment and you will receive a confirmation email with a date.

Step 5: Transportation

On the appointed date, our drivers will come by.

Step 6: Certification

Within 5 business days, you will receive an email with the list of serial numbers and the data destruction certificate.

The best hard drive wipe in the Netherlands

We erase data on all types of hard drives, including SSD, M2 and storage hard drives. This is done with programs such as Certus and Aiken, overwriting the entire disk with random data. This makes data retrieval impossible. The disks are then thoroughly tested and securely packaged with ESD protection, registered by serial number and returned to the client. In principle, it is also possible to erase hard drives on site but is actually almost never done. Customers who want to destroy data on site still prefer the mobile hard disk shredder. That one is much faster and more convenient.

If for any reason a wipe fails, or is aborted because our software determines that the hard drive is not working properly then we report this in the report and then the hard drive goes into the stationary hard drive shredder at our warehouse.

How does shredding work?

WEEELABEX certified

The WEEELABEX standard, not yet widely known in the Netherlands, plays an important role in the recycling and disposal of hardware and computers.
Did you know that improperly disposing of your electronics through a non-certified company can even lead to a fine?

This certification, a mandatory European standard since July 1, 2015, applies to anyone who handles discarded computers.
This includes both data destruction and trading of used computers that are put back on the market.
It is a legally required standard that establishes uniform procedures for collecting, storing, transporting, processing, recycling and reusing e-waste.
The main purpose of this standard is to ensure that companies handling electronic waste, including old computer hardware, achieve minimum recycling efficiency.
The European Union has stipulated that at least 85% of discarded computers should be reused, either as complete devices or as a source of raw materials such as metals and plastics.
