Step 1: Making an appointment

Click on “Make an appointment” and choose icon for “Tape”

Step 2: On-site or pick-up

Choose on-site destruction or our pickup service.

Step 3: What do you want to destroy:

Pass on what you want destroyed.

Step 4: Schedule an appointment

Make an appointment and you will receive a confirmation email with a date.

Step 5: Transportation

On the appointed date, our drivers will come by.

Step 6: Certification

Within 5 business days, you will receive an email with the list of serial numbers and the data destruction certificate.

Tapes destruction: at your location or pickup

On site: for absolute security, we can destroy your tapes at your doorstep.
With our mobile hard disk shredder we grind the tapes into unrecognizable pieces, smaller than 9 millimeters, in seconds under your watchful eye!
Collection and later destruction: we can also collect your tapes. They are then transported in specially sealed containers. Later, your tapes will be destroyed in our secure facility in Veghel with our permanent shredder.

In all cases, you will receive a complete set of documents proving that the tapes have been securely destroyed and placing liability on IT Recycling.
IT recycling holds itself responsible for 500,000 euros per incident for every data destruction, with no fine print.
We are covered by our insurer with this. The certification you get with tape destruction is accepted by auditors of all ISO standards, controlling bodies and legal departments.
