Certainly, even on-site. For modern data storage devices such as USB sticks and memory cards, we use a special, high-precision mobile shredder that shreds the material into pieces as small as 1 mm. For all other data storage devices, we have a mobile shredder that shreds the material into pieces as small as 9 mm.

Q: Do you buy broken appliances?

No, broken computers and devices are worthless. That’s why we don’t buy them.

Q: When you're cleaning out a room, can you take old computers and hardware with you right away?

Yes, that’s always possible. However, you’ll need to submit a separate request via our website.

Q: Do we get paid for scrap, old metal, or cables during a cleanup?

Yes, those costs are already included in the quote. We always take the value of the metal into account.

Q: Can you dismantle a gas fire suppression system?

A gas fire-suppression system for a server room contains cylinders with a gas pressure of over 200 bar. This falls under the remit of the Steam Authority and is not something that beginners should attempt to dismantle themselves. Thanks to our partnership with a gas specialist, we can safely dismantle and dispose of any gas fire suppression system. We also ensure that the gas cylinders are recycled responsibly, in full compliance with the Steam Authority’s safety regulations.

Q: Can you dismantle or clear out an entire server room?

Yes, we have a great deal of experience with that. We can completely dismantle the server room: remove the gas fire-suppression system and the UPS system, take up the raised floor and remove all the cables, drain the cooling system – including the coolant – and disconnect and remove the generator. In short, we can completely clear out a server room.

Q: Can you dispose and disassemble server racks?

Yes, no problem. We can also remove the servers from their racks and take out the CAT5 cabling. Anything is possible.

Yes, no problem. We can also dispose of very large UPS systems.
