Data destruction – pickup service (shredding & wiping)

With our data destruction pickup service, we ensure the safe and controlled destruction of data on data carriers that are collected from you and processed at our secure processing facility. In doing so, we explicitly distinguish between shredding and wiping of hard drives.

Standard: shredding of hard drives

Our standard service is shredding. This involves the physical destruction of hard drives (HDD/SSD), ensuring that data is irreversibly and permanently deleted. This is the most secure method and aligns with high security and compliance requirements.

Wipe

We perform wiping exclusively at the explicit request of the customer. This involves software-wise overwriting in a controlled manner according to established standards, while retaining the data carrier for reuse. Wiping is suitable when redeployment or resale is desired. Additional costs for return transport may be charged for wiping.

Transparent and demonstrable

For both methods, the following applies: secure logistics, clear documentation, and a destruction or wiping certificate as proof of correct execution.

The disposal of old hardware is always FREE with data destruction.

Data destruction by on-site shredding

With our on-site shredding data destruction service, we securely and irretrievably destroy only data carriers at your location. This includes hard drives (HDD/SSD), tapes, USB sticks, and other separate data carriers.

We do not shred complete systems or laptops: these are always professionally disassembled first, after which only the data carrier is destroyed. This ensures that valuable hardware remains intact for reuse or recycling, while confidential data is demonstrably destroyed in accordance with applicable standards.

We ensure clear documentation and a destruction or wiping certificate as proof of correct execution.

Computer recycling prices

With our computer recycling service, we process decommissioned IT equipment safely, responsibly, and sustainably. Equipment is first checked for data security (wiping or destruction of data carriers) and then reused as much as possible. Items that are no longer usable are professionally dismantled and recycled through certified processors.

You receive a clear report and – where applicable – certificates, so that computer recycling contributes to both data security and circular IT.

Buying prices

With our purchasing service, we acquire used IT equipment at a market-based and transparent value. This includes laptops, desktops, servers, network equipment, and certain peripherals.

What is always included FREE with our purchasing service:

  • FREE pickup throughout the Netherlands of the batch we buy from you
  • FREE data destruction (wipe) on the equipment we purchase from you
  • FREE recycling of equipment that we do not purchase from you
  • FREE comprehensive audit report of the equipment we purchase from you

Due to these FREE elements in our service, our offer may differ from what other parties offer; please take this into account.

The equipment is assessed for condition, specifications, and reusability. This is clearly reported in the accompanying audit report. Data security is ensured in advance through the wiping or destruction of data carriers, in accordance with NIST800-88. Equipment with residual value is given a second life through reuse or refurbishment; unusable parts are responsibly recycled.

Eviction prices

With our clearance service, we handle the complete and safe removal of IT equipment from offices, server rooms, and data centers. We efficiently take the work off your hands, guarantee data security as agreed, and ensure that equipment is reused or purchased where possible. Non-reusable IT is responsibly recycled. Upon completion, you will receive a clear report and any applicable certificates.

Lion recycling

With our Li-ion recycling services, we ensure the safe, compliant, and sustainable processing of lithium-ion batteries and battery packs. Our facility fully complies with the PGS 37-2 standard, ensuring that storage and processing take place demonstrably safely. We handle ADR transport ourselves using our own vehicles, so that the entire chain – from collection to processing – remains under controlled and professional management.
