On-site destruction of data carriers

When we destroy data on site, we come by with our mobile hard drive shredder and you see for yourself how the hard drives are safely destroyed. Our shredder truck will then be parked as close to your property as possible. And our drivers take the data carriers from you. Should there be any hard drives in computers now, they will be taken out on the spot – and immediately. Then all hard drives and other data carriers are destroyed in our shredder truck and you get to watch us do it. Before destruction, the bar code of each hard disk is registered.

Take away and destroy in our shed

We come to your place and place the hard drives in specially sealed containers. At our facility, we destroy hard drives with our stationary hard drive shredder. Read more about our pickup service here. Our drivers first take the data carriers from you. Then everything is registered here in our warehouse in Veghel and destroyed immediately. The actual destruction is done here in our warehouse with our stationary hard drive shredder. If the hard drives are still computers we will take them out for you. If necessary, also take your computer waste immediately for free.

After destruction, you will receive a set of documents from us including a signed list of serial numbers and certificate. You get the contract for confidentiality and data destruction immediately with giving the order on-line. This set of documents is guaranteed to be auditor-proof.
