What You’ll Find in My Account
“My Account” gives you direct access to all information related to the projects we’re working on for you. No separate requests, no waiting, no searching.
Within the portal, you can view, among other things:
- Scheduled and Completed Pickups — Status by Order, Location, and Processing Date
- Environmental Certificates — Insight into the Amount of E-Waste Recycled Back into the Supply Chain
- Destruction Certificates — per data carrier, in accordance with ISO 27001 and WEEELABEX
- Processing reports — with full chain-of-custody documentation
- Invoices (next release) — by project and broken down by activity within the project
Each export function is validated, saved in a version-independent format, and can be retrieved immediately as a PDF.

My Account was designed with that in mind. If your regulator asks for the destruction certificate for a specific batch from the second quarter of last year, you’ll have it on your screen within seconds.
As such, My Account is the digital equivalent of the seventh principle in our process methodology: Audit-ready.

For organizations with multiple locations or departments, we set up multiple user profiles with permissions tailored to the internal distribution of responsibilities. IT, security, facilities, and finance each see only what they need—and nothing more. This keeps the workflow clear and organized, even as the organization scales.

Who can use the “My Account” feature on the IT Recycling Portal? “My Account” is available to all IT Recycling business customers. For organizations with multiple locations or departments, we can set up multiple user profiles within the IT Recycling Portal upon request, with permissions that align with your internal division of responsibilities.
Is “My Account” part of the standard service offering? Yes. Access to the IT recycling portal is included in every agreement. There are no additional costs associated with activating or using “My Account.”
How long do certificates and reports remain available? All destruction certificates and chain-of-custody reports remain available in the IT recycling portal for at least ten years. This period is in line with the retention periods commonly required under GDPR and audit obligations.
What export formats does the IT recycling portal support? Invoices, certificates, and reports are available as PDFs from My Account.
Can “My Account” be integrated with our own systems? For customers with an ESG or GRC platform, we will soon offer an API integration that allows reports to be automatically retrieved from the IT recycling portal. Please contact your designated representative for more information.
