Data destruction - How does it work?

Step 1: Making an appointment

Click “Make an appointment” and choose icon for “Phone.”

Step 2: On-site or pick-up

Choose on-site destruction or our pickup service.

Step 3: What do you want to destroy:

Pass on what you want destroyed.

Step 4: Schedule an appointment

Make an appointment and you will receive a confirmation email with a date.

Step 5: Transportation

On the appointed date, our drivers will come by.

Step 6: Certification

Within 5 business days, you will receive an email with the list of serial numbers and the data destruction certificate.

We pick them up or we destroy your phones on site

ITRecycling has two excellent options for effectively destroying VOIP phones.

1. VOIP phones destroy on-site

We come to you with our mobile hard drive shredder. Under your watchful eye, your depleted VOIP phones are destroyed into 9-millimeter pieces. We do this at lightning speed and super safe. The destroyed VOIP phones go into a collection bin and are later recycled responsibly by IT Recycling.

2. VOIP phones destruction in Veghel

Alternatively, we can come by to load your discarded VOIP phones into a specially sealed container. The phones will later be destroyed at our secure facility in Veghel.

Data destruction certificate included

Within 5 days of our visit, you will receive from us the complete documentation proving that the VOIP phones have been destroyed. This set of documents is accepted by auditors of all ISO standards. This means a registration of the phones (if possible) and a data destruction certificate. Immediately after giving the order on-line you will get a confirmation when we want to come by.
