Data destruction prices

You must order a data destruction online!

Data destruction at your doorstep:

We come to your location and, under your watchful eye, the hard drives and other data carriers destroyed.
Absolute security, you see with your own eyes what happens to the hard disks. Afterwards you will receive a destruction certificate.

Destruction of data – we retrieve it

We pick up your hard disk and other data carriers and we destroy them in our warehouse.
Cheaper and so convenient. Always with destruction certificate.

Prices excl. VAT – 21%. You will receive our invoice within 5 working days after the data destruction, our payment term is 30 days.

Cost hard drives destruction always includes a certificate, registration of serial numbers and an environmental document. We easily combine the destruction of hard drives and other data carriers with the buyout of current computer equipment and disposal of computer waste. Computer waste disposal combined with data destruction is FREE.

Computer recycling prices

We collect completely free computer waste throughout the Netherlands. Totally free disposal for all types and quantities of old computer hardware.

Here our prices for computer recycling, so the exceptions when it is NOT free. This service is not for individuals.

When is computer waste collection not free?

Collection of computer waste is NOT free in the following cases:

Less than 200 kilos of computer waste €100,-
Copier, large multifunction printer, plotter, Large Format Display € 155,-
Copier – transport from stairs – regardless of weight € 375,-
CRT picture tube monitors € 10,-
Computer waste at the top of the stairs – additional transport costs € 100,-
If loading computer waste takes longer than 1 hour € 79 per hour
In case of loose lithium batteries €100 + €2.50 per kilogram

Computer recycling prices are ex. VAT (21%).

Please further note the following:

  • IT Recycling reserves the right to reject any batch of depreciated hardware. There can be no correspondence about this. The driver will let you know immediately, never afterwards;
  • When combined with data destruction and/or buyout service, computer waste collection is always FREE;
  • Individuals: sorry, we cannot help you!

If, in addition to disposing of computer waste, you also want the data destroyed, you do not pay 100€ if it is less than 200kg. We cannot dispose of blackboards and smart boards free of charge, as we charge the same fees as for the disposal of office furniture.

Buying prices

Unfortunately, we cannot publish buyout prices on the website. The price that we will offer you for your obsolete computer hardware changes almost daily and depends on far too many factors to make it a convenient table.

Websites such as Ebay and Marktplaats also offer little guidance. However, the prices asked there will always be much higher than the prices you get from IT Recycling or any other computer buyer.

The quantity also plays a role: if one has a very low quantity then buyout price will also be lower because of logistics costs.
Furthermore, things like make and model also play a big role.

An Acer always yields less than an HP and a consumer series laptop does less than a professional series.

If you want to find out what your batch of depreciated hardware is still worth, it’s best to call or make an inquiry online. In most cases, you will then have a buyout price from us the same day.

Clearance prices

Prices for clearance work.

Start-up costs for each clearance job € 100,-
Labor cost clearance € 79,-
Deployment of the electric stairlift € 100,-
Disposal of office furniture costs per kilo € 0,81
Disposal of all conceivable office supplies and archives costs per kilo € 0,81

You can always get a quote in advance for clearance work and removal of office furniture. Then you will know in advance exactly what it will cost.

Costs for quote clearance and disposal of office furniture FREE OF CHARGE

You can always get a quote in advance for the removal and asbestos removal of a safe or safe. Then you will know in advance exactly what it will cost.

Cost for inspection visit and proper quote for safe or safe removal and asbestos remediation € 150,-

Prices Lithium

Prices for Lithium batteries.

We reserve the right not to accept a load of lithium battrijen, the driver may decide on this. IT Recycling does not take burnt off and damaged batteries, a partner of ours does this. If you have burned off or damaged lithium batteries, we will be happy to make you a quote.
