Fast, hassle-free and environmentally friendly air conditioning removal

IT Recycling is the specialist in the disposal of air conditioners and refrigeration units of all shapes and sizes. An air conditioning removal is always done with the mandatory STEK certificate. We then have the refrigerant pumped out by our certified partner. In the video above, you can see that we should really leave this work to a refrigeration technician.

Removing a refrigeration system always includes removing the condenser, which in most cases is on the roof. We make sure it is hoisted down safely, without damage to the bitumen on the roof. The photo on the right shows a condenser being hoisted from a factory.

Quickly get rid of your old air conditioning or refrigeration system

Make an appointment with IT Recycling for viewing, which can be done very easily online. We then come by and look at the refrigeration system and condenser. We also check the logbook and see how much and what type of refrigerant it contains. We have over 20 years of experience in air conditioning removal and refrigeration disassembly. We remove an air conditioner in a number of steps:

Refrigeration technician pumps off refrigerant and indicates it in the log.
We disassemble and remove the air conditioning system.
We disconnect the condenser and hoist it off the roof.
Upon complete satisfaction, the final step is to sign for completion.

Because the trade in used air conditioners and refrigeration units is subject to strict environmental restrictions, we do not buy up depreciated refrigeration units. There are therefore always costs associated with the disposal of an air conditioner or refrigeration system.
