What is the EcoVadis certification?

EcoVadis is the world’s most trusted and independent provider of corporate sustainability ratings. It is not a one-time checkmark, but a rigorous rating system that looks at how well a company has integrated the principles of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) into its management and daily operations.

EcoVadis ‘ score is internationally recognized and helps companies transparently show how they are performing in terms of sustainability. As a customer, it gives you assurance that you are doing business with a partner that not only shouts that they are “green,” but can prove this in black and white through an independent audit.

The 4 pillars of assessment

EcoVadis’ audit is very thorough and assesses our services on four critical themes, with a focus on measurable results:

Environment: This specifically looks at our carbon records of transportation and the ratio of reuse vs. recycling. With this, we demonstrate how we minimize the carbon footprint of your discarded hardware.
Labor and human rights: How we treat our workforce. Consider workplace safety, fair pay, diversity and a healthy work environment.
Ethics: integrity in business, including strict protocols for data security throughout the chain. Not only is your data safe with us, but the process for doing so is ethically safeguarded.
Sustainable procurement: We are also judged on the parties we work with. We also encourage our suppliers to work more sustainably.
