Having hard drives destroyed is very simple. We’ll come to your location and take the hard drives or other data storage devices with us for destruction. Want to know how much it costs? Data destruction - How does it work?

Within a few days, you’ll receive our data destruction certificate, serial number registration, and liability statement. This set of documents is 100% auditor-proof. Schedulean appointment online nowat .

Step 1: Making an appointment

Step 2: On-site or pick-up

Choose on-site destruction or our pickup service.

Step 3: What do you want to destroy

Pass on what you want destroyed.

Step 4: Schedule an appointment

Make an appointment and you will receive a confirmation email with a date.

Step 5: Transportation

On the appointed date, our drivers will come by.

Step 6: Certification

Within 5 business days, you will receive an email with the list of serial numbers and the data destruction certificate.

We collect everything from you. The destruction of the hard disks is done with our own shredder in our warehouse in Veghel.

Data destruction involves not only destroying the hard drives but also phones, tapes, USB sticks, DVDs, CDs, etc. We also destroy hard drives while they’re still inside computers, servers, laptops, and PCs. At our warehouse, we’ll remove the hard drives for you. In that case, we’ll immediately take care of the environmentally friendly disposal of the systems and the expansion of the hard drives. This is all FREE. Along with the destruction of hard drives, the disposal of computer waste is also FREE, regardless of the amount or type of computer waste. Easily and securely destroy your confidential data

Hard drives destruction with IT Recycling is really quite simple. We come by on the agreed day and then take delivery of the data carriers. If it involves loose data carriers such as hard disks, tapes or telephones, we transport them in specially sealed containers.

If you have any other computer waste, we’ll take that with us right away as well. This service is FREE. After you place your order online, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a pickup date. At our facility in Veghel, everything is registered and the hard drives are removed from the systems. Finally, we destroy the data storage devices using our dedicated data shredder system. Within 5 business days of pickup, you’ll receive a list of the serial numbers, a data destruction certificate, an environmental certificate, and the invoice.

In combination with any hard drive destruction, computer waste collection is completely FREE. We then provide recycling according to the WEEELABEX standard. For you, this means the guarantee that everything is recycled legally and within the Netherlands.
