Data destruction - How does it work?

Within a few days you will have our data destruction certificate, registration of serial numbers and liability. This set of documents is 100% auditor-proof. Make now online an appointment.

Step 1: Making an appointment

Step 2: On-site or pick-up

Choose on-site destruction or our pickup service.

Step 3: What do you want to destroy

Pass on what you want destroyed.

Step 4: Schedule an appointment

Make an appointment and you will receive a confirmation email with a date.

Step 5: Transportation

On the appointed date, our drivers will come by.

Step 6: Certification

Within 5 business days, you will receive an email with the list of serial numbers and the data destruction certificate.

We collect everything from you. The destruction of the hard disks is done with our own shredder in our warehouse in Veghel.

Data destruction means destroying not only hard drives but also phones, tapes, USB sticks, DVDs/CDs etc. We also destroy hard drives when they are still in computers, servers, laptops and PCs. In our warehouse, we will then extract the hard drives for you. In that case, we immediately take care of the environmentally friendly disposal of the systems and the removal of the hard drives. This is all FREE. In conjunction with hard drive destruction, computer waste disposal is also FREE, regardless of the quantity and type of computer waste. Easily and securely destroy your confidential data

Hard drives destruction with IT Recycling is really quite simple. We come by on the agreed day and then take delivery of the data carriers. If it involves loose data carriers such as hard disks, tapes or telephones, we transport them in specially sealed containers.

Then, if there is other computer waste, we’ll take that too right away. This is FREE. After giving the order on-line, you will get a confirmation in an email with a pickup date. In our workspace in Veghel, everything is recorded and the hard drives are built out of the systems. Finally, we destroy the data carriers with our fixed data shredding facility. Within 5 working days of collection, you will receive from us the registration of serial numbers, a data destruction certificate, the environmental certificate and the invoice.
