You will always receive complete documentation when destroying hard drives and other data carriers. The certificates have a unique serial number. The documents you receive from us are AVG – proof, tested and approved for the audits of ISO 27001 – 14001 and 9001.

Data destruction - The process

Furthermore, a number of customers have had an audit performed on us by independent auditors.
These have unanimously concluded that our complete procedure of hard disk drive destruction is sound and completely conclusive.

Step 1: Making an appointment

Step 2: On-site or pick-up

Choose on-site destruction or our pickup service.

Step 3: What do you want to destroy

Pass on what you want destroyed.

Step 4: Schedule an appointment

Make an appointment and you will receive a confirmation email with a date.

Step 5: Transportation

On the agreed date, our drivers will come by.

Step 6: Certification

Within 5 business days, you will receive an email with the list of serial numbers and the data destruction certificate.

With every destruction of hard drives and other data carriers, you will receive from us:

A list of hard disk serial numbers.
Immediately with assignment on-line: Digitally signed confidentiality and destruction contract.
A data destruction certificate.
This states how many data carriers were destroyed, who and according to what standards.
The mobile hard disk shredder more than meets DMS standard C and DIN 66399 H5; For small media like usb sticks and memmory cars even DIN 66399 H7.
IT recycling has ISO27001.
An environmental certificate.
This is proof that waste materials have been disposed of correctly.
We work according to WEEELABEX and ISO 14001, have an environmental license, a registration LMA and a registration VIHB.

Our data destruction process falls within our scope for ISO 9001-14001-27001 and WEEELABEX and is audited once a year by an independent auditor.

We provide a European environmental document on every shipment of computer waste.
Upon request, you will receive a full downstream report with every shipment of computer waste.
IT-recycling can justify at any time where and how materials have been processed.
IT-recycling explicitly does not engage in the export of waste materials.
We refrain from exporting to countries under sanctions due to NeoSoviet aggression in Eastern Europe.
