Company clearance - The process

Step 1: Making an appointment

Then “Clear”

Step 2: What do you want to clear?

Communicate what you would like to have cleared and schedule an appointment.

Step 3: Quotation

We will come by and make an estimate.

Step 4: Schedule date

You will receive a confirmation email with a pickup date.

Step 5: Transportation

On the appointed date, our drivers clean up everything neatly.

Step 6: Certification

Within 5 business days you will receive an environmental certificate and the invoice.

Integral evacuation of server rooms

Remove everything and deliver shell

When clearing server rooms, we remove all servers, peripherals and racks. If required, we dismantle the entire room, including cable ducts, power supplies and climate control. What is left afterwards is an empty space that can be refurbished for any use.

Eviction can be combined with on-site data destruction. With our mobile hard disk shredder, we destroy data carriers according to ISO 27001 standards. This ensures that you meet all information security and responsible asset management requirements.

We are talking about activities such as

Disassemble UPS systems and dispose of batteries;
Disconnect everything from the power grid and return cables to the meter box;
Remove emergency generator, hoist from roof or remove from basement;
Refrigeration systems pumping refrigerant with STEK certification, removing/towing condensers;
Disassembly of gas extinguishing systems and disposal of gas cylinders;
Removal of all cabling, including vertical cabling;
Remove computer floor and all cables lying under it;

Certified data destruction at server room evacuation

When we clear a server room, we can safely destroy the data on the hard drives immediately. We can do this on site, under your watchful eye with our mobile hard drive shredder. We can also take the servers and all other data carriers to our secure facility to destroy all data there. How do you initiate evacuation of your server room?

Easily schedule an appointment for a viewing. During the visit, we detail your requirements and the situation on site. We record which equipment needs to be removed, analyze the logistical conditions and assess whether there is equipment present that is eligible for buyout.

In most cases, we can provide a price estimate directly on site. You will then receive a clear quotation within two working days. The work can usually be started within ten working days.

Server room clearance: our team gets to work

On the agreed upon day, an established team of specialists arrives on site to dismantle all equipment and infrastructure that needs to be removed. If necessary, we safely disconnect servers, racks and UPS systems from the mains. The hardware is carefully stacked on pallets and then disposed of.

You do not need to arrange anything yourself. Only at the final inspection will your involvement be requested, when the room is completely empty and broom clean.

You will receive the following documentation from us within five working days of completion of the work:

European environmental document;
STEK certification for the ecological removal of refrigerant from air conditioners;
Complete record of destruction of hard drives and/or other data carriers;
Weighing narrative and environmental document
Invoice.
