Q: How do you arrange an office clearance?

Clearing your office with IT Recycling is very easy to arrange. You can get a quote in advance. Often, this is based on photos. You can ask for a quote by clicking on“Make an appointment” and then the icon for “Office furniture”. If you add some photos, we can make a quote based on them. If we are unable to give you a price based on the photos, we are happy to come and have a coffee with you and within 10 minutes you will know what it will cost. But you can also make an appointment right away – even then we would like some photos – but you will get a confirmation within one business day when we will come by and clean everything up. This is then at a fixed rate and you can see that on our price list.

Q: What are you all bringing?

When we clear an office, we often talk about office furniture such as cabinets, desks, tables and chairs. But with an office clearance we go much further, we really take everything you can think of. So everything in and around the office. Furthermore, we can do disassembly work and repair work. So if there is a closet or a kitchen, we can take it out. We can also remove carpet.

Q: Our office needs to be vacated, but it still has computers in it.

No problem, we bring computers, printers and hardware. And that’s even free of charge. If you want us to destroy the data on the computers as well, we can do that too. Data destruction costs money, how much you can see on our price list.

Q: Do you also do office clearance after a corporate move?

Yes we do. It’s very convenient. You simply take all your things that you are going to use again in your new location. Everything else you just leave where it is. Then make an appointment via this website on “Make an appointment” and IT Recycling will come and clean up everything perfectly. When we have finished, your old office is completely empty, swept clean and ready for a new user or tenant.

Q: Do we have to be present ourselves when you visit?

At the outset, yes, we want to know what has to go. Then we get to work. We can clear most offices in a day because we often come with a larger crew so we can work through properly. But if it’s a bigger job of several days then we take over the keys and the alarm code. You are then called back in when it is almost finished. We then look together at where there are still points for improvement and what still needs to be finished. We write that down. Once we have completed all these points, the final delivery is made. And we’re not finished until the customer thinks it’s finished.

Step 6: Certification

Within 5 business days you will receive an environmental certificate and the invoice.
