Communicate what you would like to have cleared and schedule an appointment.

Step 3: Quotation

We will come by and make an estimate.

Step 4: Schedule dates

You will receive a confirmation email with a pickup date.

Step 5: Transportation

On the appointed date, our drivers clean up everything neatly.

Step 6: Certification

Within 5 business days you will receive an environmental certificate and the invoice.

Step by step: from full factory to empty hull space

First, you make an appointment for a viewing. We will visit you and map out exactly what needs to be done and how the space should be delivered. Often we can give you a cost indication during the viewing. We can also give you a date when the project will be finished.

On the agreed date, our professionals will come by to place dumpsters for metals, industrial waste and other waste materials. Then we take the keys and begin our project. First, all movable items are removed. Then we start dismantling the infrastructure, from top to bottom.

When the project is almost completed, you will be invited to the intermediate delivery and together we will go over which points still need attention. This is drawn up in an interim delivery report. When all these points are finished after a few days, we ask you to sign for the final delivery. The entire space is then empty and ready for a new user.
