Do you also destroy USB sticks, memory cards, SIMM modules, SSDs, SIM cards, CDs and DVDs, backup tapes, LTO tapes, thin clients, switches, routers, firewalls, access points, mobile phones, GSM phones and tablets?
Certainly, even on-site. For modern data storage devices such as USB sticks and memory cards, we use a special, high-precision mobile shredder that shreds the material into pieces as small as 1 mm. For all other data storage devices, we have a mobile shredder that shreds the material into pieces as small as 9 mm.
Is it possible to process a purchase order from our organization?
Yes, that’s no problem. Please send us your purchase order and we’ll include the relevant number on our invoice.
Can you sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)?
Yes, that’s possible. We have a standard non-disclosure agreement in line with the ISO 27001 standard. Just ask for it, and you’ll receive it straight away, completely free of charge.
How should I order data to be destroyed?
This can only be done online via our website. We do not accept orders by email or telephone.
How does payment work? Will I receive an invoice, and can I pay in cash, by credit card, PayPal, or Bitcoin?
You will receive a VAT invoice afterwards, together with the certificates. Cash payments are not accepted. Payment by credit card, PayPal or Bitcoin is possible, but we do charge a surcharge for these methods.
Do you have ISO 27001 and WEEELABEX?
Yes, you can download our certificates here.
What does the entry “fee for additional certificate (€40)” mean?
When we visit you to destroy data for several organisations, only the first organisation pays the set-up fee. Each additional organisation then pays just €40 for an extra certificate. For example: if we visit a group of schools, the set-up fee is charged once, plus €40 for the Mariaschool, €40 for the Hubertusschool, and so on.
I am a private citizen and have a few hard drives and other data carriers. Can I have them destroyed?
No, our service is for the business market only. But for most private secrets, a blow with a hammer is more than enough!
I don't care whether the data is destroyed on-site or if you take it with you. What's the best option for me?
Taking it away is about half the price of destroying it on site. So if it doesn’t matter to you, that makes a considerable difference to the price.
How much does data destruction cost?
What happens to my data storage devices if I don't have them destroyed? Aren't they just recycled and shredded anyway?
No, you can’t be sure of that. Devices can be reused in various ways, and if there is still data on them, you’re at risk. You should therefore always have your hard drives and data storage devices destroyed.
I'm willing to have the data destroyed, but I don't need a certificate.
You will always receive a certificate for every data destruction job. It is not possible to carry out the process without a certificate, so it does not make it any cheaper.
I want to have some data destroyed, but I have less than 200 kilograms or just a small amount of computer waste. Do I have to pay an extra €100? And how do I know if I have more or less than 200 kilograms?
If you arrange for your data to be destroyed, the collection of any amount of computer waste is completely free of charge. So it doesn’t matter whether it’s more or less than 200 kilos.
