In a world where technology is changing rapidly, the risks surrounding data and e-waste are increasing. As Account Manager, you are the face of IT Recycling. You build relationships with organizations, advise on content and help customers get a structural grip on the safe and responsible disposal of their obsolete IT hardware.
We are looking for an Account Manager who understands that IT recycling and data destruction is not a commodity, but a responsibility. Someone who convinces organizations of the importance of demonstrable data security, compliance and sustainable processing of IT assets.

With us, you are not an “order-notcher,” but a strategic advisor who binds clients to us with solid, long-term contracts. You step in at a crucial moment: the basics are in place, but you will have a voice in refining our message. Which doors do we still need to open? How do we make our proposition land even better? Your vision counts.
What will you do?
- You pick up the phone, schedule your own appointments and hit the road. You know where the opportunities are and cash in on them.
- You advise at C-level and spar with IT managers on compliancy and certified data destruction.
- You translate advice into sustainable partnerships and manage the sales process from A to Z.
- You will help think about our commercial direction and proposition. Your input from the market is worth its weight in gold for our growth strategy.
- You accurately track your sales pipeline so we can steer for success together.
What do we ask?
- You have at least 2-3 years of experience in a commercial field sales position. Experience in IT, recycling or security is a big plus.
- You are proactive, results-oriented and get energy from “cold” and “lukewarm” acquisition.
- You are independent and have no problem filling your own schedule well
- You switch effortlessly between operational level and executive level.
- You have a genuine interest in the circular economy and IT security.
- A VOG for the work you will be doing.
