Certified data destruction, full supply chain accountability, and measurable CO\u2082 impact are only truly valuable if they are immediately visible. That\u2019s why we\u2019re introducing <strong>My Account<\/strong>: a personalized online environment that brings your entire IT recycling chain together. One place, where there used to be a pile of emails.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What You&#8217;ll Find in My Account<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;My Account&#8221; gives you direct access to all information related to the projects we\u2019re working on for you. No separate requests, no waiting, no searching.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Within the portal, you can view, among other things:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Scheduled and Completed Pickups<\/strong> \u2014 Status by Order, Location, and Processing Date<\/li>\n<li><strong>Environmental Certificates<\/strong> \u2014 Insight into the Amount of E-Waste Recycled Back into the Supply Chain<\/li>\n<li><strong>Destruction Certificates<\/strong> \u2014 per data carrier, in accordance with ISO 27001 and WEEELABEX<\/li>\n<li><strong>Processing reports<\/strong> \u2014 with full chain-of-custody documentation<\/li>\n<li><strong>Invoices<\/strong> (next release) \u2014 by project and broken down by activity within the project<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each export function is validated, saved in a version-independent format, and can be retrieved immediately as a PDF.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Audit-ready, every day of the year<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The same applies to organizations in public safety, critical infrastructure, the public sector, and data centers: audits and ESG questions don\u2019t just happen at scheduled times. For organizations with multiple locations or departments, we can set up multiple user profiles within the IT Recycling Portal upon request, with permissions that align with your internal division of responsibilities.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Is &#8220;My Account&#8221; part of the standard service offering?<\/strong> Yes. Access to the IT recycling portal is included in every agreement. There are no additional costs associated with activating or using &#8220;My Account.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How long do certificates and reports remain available?<\/strong> All destruction certificates and chain-of-custody reports remain available in the IT recycling portal for at least ten years. This period is in line with the retention periods commonly required under GDPR and audit obligations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What export formats does the IT recycling portal support?<\/strong> Invoices, certificates, and reports are available as PDFs from My Account.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Can &#8220;My Account&#8221; be integrated with our own systems?<\/strong> For customers with an ESG or GRC platform, we will soon offer an API integration that allows reports to be automatically retrieved from the IT recycling portal.
